Bank Card Product Enhancements and Growth

Several enhancements have been made to the Business and Purchasing credit cards to continue to meet the needs of your customers. For the Business card, the annual fee has been eliminated and the minimum payment due has been updated from pay-in-full to a minimum of $25 or 2% of the New Balance (whichever is greater). The Purchasing card now offers cardholders the benefit of earning an unlimited 1.25% cash back statement credit on all purchases in addition to the existing features of administering purchasing restrictions and issuing virtual cards. As a reminder, business accounts include 1 free eZBusiness Card Management admin, and purchasing accounts include unlimited admins.

In an effort to continue to combat fraud, one time passcode was added to mycardstatement.com on May 6th. Additionally, cardholders can now securely submit requests through mycardstatement.com to enhance customer self-service. Stay tuned for additional product enhancements later this year!

Along with product enhancements, we increased the marketing campaigns to cardholders to keep them engaged and enhance bank revenue share. One of our recent cardholder campaigns resulted in the average monthly transactions increasing by 11!
