Bank Card Upgrades
Cardholder acquisition, increased usage and portfolio growth are the key drivers for Bank Card advancements coming soon. Testing is complete for a true online application that can be accessed via computer or mobile device. Links were recently distributed and all banks notified. New, automated underwriting processes are expected to shorten the time for card approval and get cards into the hands of customers more quickly. We will begin our phased approach for contactless plastics for tap-to-pay at the point of sale in May. New perks and marketing initiatives designed to engage your current cardholders are coming in Fall 2020.
The biennial customer service survey is ready to launch! We are always eager to hear from our bank customers on how we are doing, but we know everyone is working hard to help customers with government relief programs and funds access. To increase participation, the survey will go out in June. Thank you in advance for your participation.
