- Diverse - We offer the full range of lending including commercial, agricultural, and real estate loans, most of which are participations in our broad network of client banks. Typically, these loans exceed the lending limit of the originating bank. We also make stock and direct loans to community bank employees and shareholders. If you need short-term liquidity relief, we can temporarily buy loans from your existing portfolio, or, if you purchase a loan and must resell it for liquidity reasons, we will work on your behalf to find another bank to take your portion of the loan.
- Flexible - We view each lending situation as unique. Unlike many larger banks who often refuse to do small, community-based loans, we at BBOK believe any size loan is worth making. From loans as small as $2,000 to those exceeding $5 million, BBOK can handle any size loan and, with our network of clients, keep those packages in community banks. Lastly, within prudent asset-liability guidelines, we will work with your pricing structure to design a package custom-made for you.
